I'm Pat Zeigler and the editor of the Murray, Nebraska website. Nebraska has been home to me for most of my life.  I was born in Lincoln, moved to Nehawka when I was 7, then to Plattsmouth during junior high.  I enjoyed living on the island of Guam for a short time, then came back to Plattsmouth, however  I've been a Murray resident since 1974.  Mike and I were married in '83 and have four children and four grandchildren.  Three of the kids and three grandchildren are out-of-state, but we're fortunate to have one child and grandchild still closeby.

In the 70's, I started the first Brownie Girl Scout troop in Murray and it's still going strong.  For a short time, I sat on the Murray Community Improvement Committee.  I've organized the community garage sales since about 1996.   I'm the owner and a co-moderator of the FreeCycleMurray.org group which is dedicated to recycling good, reusable items for the sake of keeping our earth clean and green.

I enjoy music, baseball, photography, growing houseplants, cooking, baking, traveling and collecting recipes, but most of all, my husband, family and friends are my greatest joys.
