The Murray, Nebraska Board of Trustees met in regular session on Tuesday, April 8, 2014, at 7:00 pm in the Murray Municipal Building. Present: Trustees: George Blessing, Bill Johnson, Debbie Newhouse; Absent: Mike Gillott, Shelley Lesac; Village Clerk Eileen Murdoch; attending: guests.
Notice of the meeting was given in advance thereof by posting in (3) three public places as shown by the certificate attached to these minutes. Notice of the meeting was simultaneously given to the Chairman and all members of the Board of Trustees. Their acknowledgement of receipt of notice and agenda is attached to these minutes. All proceedings thereafter were taken while the convened meeting was open to the attendance of the public. 
 
Chairman Johnson called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM and informed the audience of the location of the open meetings act poster. 

Motion by Newhouse, seconded by Blessing to approve the minutes of the March 11, 2014, regular meeting; ayes: Johnson, Blessing, Newhouse; Absent: Gillott, Lesac, motion carried. 

Motion by Newhouse, seconded by Blessing to acknowledge receipt of the Treasurer's report; ayes: Johnson, Blessing, Newhouse; Absent: Gillott, Lesac, motion carried. 
  
Motion by Newhouse, seconded by Blessing to approve claims as revised; ayes: Johnson, Blessing, Newhouse; Absent: Gillott, Lesac, motion carried.

Maintenance Report. 

Joyce Johnson, discuss park playgrounds. 

Request to demolish old concession stand at Young Park. Motion by Blessing, seconded by Newhouse to allow the old concession stand to be demolished; ayes: Johnson, Blessing, Newhouse; Absent: Gillott, Lesac, motion carried.
